I believe in the transformation towards Agility with a capital letter. A noun. An Agility that describes the way to look and create a better world. Aware companies. Agile companies whose mindset is exemplified by their leaders. Innovative companies facing the complexity through the power of social systems, people.
A coach’s path to Enterprise Agility
I want to share a path. It is not the only one, just one of many possible. A path of personal and professional development toward Enterprise Agility. A kind of Agility that would only last if inserted into the spine of organizations. A living Agility. A sustainable Agility.
